During the past few years, Head & Shoulders’ eBusiness has doubled but their digital footprint was lacking. We updated product images, videos and enhanced content to create more compelling benefit communication which helped differentiate products and deliver a stronger or retail-specific reason to buy. Through shopper strategies and social media design principles, we transformed Head & Shoulders digital shelf to drive better engagement and conversion.

 

eCommerce Content

Our eCommerce tiles are images, videos and GIFs consumers can view when shopping on an individual product detail page on retailer websites. This content has been captured during various productions that range in scale from small in-house shoots to full studio stages. In addition to our traditional roles, our team wears many hats from animators, stylists, hand models and beyond.
